Theater
Theater is another Major I have been looking into. This Department is another art form that I find myself attracted to because of its expression. There is a certain type of person to be able to control how people see them and I feel that learning this ability will help me in Art in general.
Philosophy
Another Passion of mines is Philosophy. Philosophy is my second choice of Major Because its about thinking, challenging everything and coming up with solutions only to know there is much more than you think. I think very abstractly and maybe I could find a way to use it to my advantage here.
Kinectic Imaging
This is the main department I want to get into. Kinetic Imaging seems to be the department to learn more than one aspects of the world around us and to play off of any aspect in a 4th dimensional way. Things move and have energy, a stylized energy. I'm hoping I can learn how to present that better through this program.

Black and White Project
This Project was to represent the form only using black and white. Executing the form required the ability to pick apart shadows made by one light source.
I choose deviate from the assignment to add other aspects of what I felt. Mainly my choices were to convey identity or lack of it. Shadows create city-lines which also are represented in the shadows, so do the shadows make up the city or are the cities down in the shadows?
Also the Hands are positioned to manipulate the audience, on the left hand side the bottom hand draws you in, while the top hand on the right keeps you in/manipulates you.

Black and White Portraits
Two portrait practices for my Surface Research class. The left one I took a more creative in constructing a black source to create the form of my face where as on the right I took a more technical approach keep everything in line with realistic form.
72 Self Portraits
This is the first project I had for Art Foundations (AFO) at Virginia Commonwealth University. I paid alot of attention to the fine detail in each body portrait but failed to create a striking and/or understandable composition. I still failed to fill up space wisely so it looks unfinished, I can also argue when is art ever finished.
